  • All projects require an advance payment before work begins.
  • Remaining balance must be paid as per agreed milestones or before final delivery.
  • Work will not be delivered or deployed until full payment is received.

Failure to complete payment may result in project suspension.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Submit required content, images, and materials on time
  • Review and approve work within reasonable time
  • Ensure they have legal rights to any content provided

Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and approved deliverables will be transferred to the client.
  • WEBDEVXPERTS reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party tools such as:

  • Hosting providers
  • Payment gateways
  • Plugins
  • APIs
  • Analytics services

WEBDEVXPERTS is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

WEBDEVXPERTS shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruptions
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their website content unless otherwise agreed.

7. Revisions & Modifications

  • Reasonable revisions are included as per agreed project scope.
  • Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.

8. Termination

WEBDEVXPERTS reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made
  • Client engages in illegal or unethical activities
  • There is misuse of services
