1. Advance Payments
All projects require an advance payment before work begins.

Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has been initiated.

This covers initial planning, research, resource allocation, and development time.
2. Project Cancellation
If a client decides to cancel the project:

Before work begins → Eligible for partial refund (excluding consultation charges, if any).

After project work has started → No refund will be provided for completed work.
3. Milestone-Based Projects
For larger or custom projects:

Payments are divided into milestones.

Refunds will not be issued for completed milestones.

Remaining unpaid milestones will simply be canceled.
4. Digital Services (SEO / Marketing / AI Integration)
Since these are time-based and effort-driven services:

Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the service period has started.

No refunds will be provided for completed service months.
5. Delays Caused by Client
If project delays occur due to:

Late content submission

Delayed approvals

Lack of communication
No refund will be issued, and timelines may be extended.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in rare and exceptional cases at the sole discretion of WEBDEVXPERTS management.
